The CD3 was launched in April 2010 and has quickly become our best selling paddle. It was produced to make maximum gain from the IDBF 202a paddle spec changes made at the end of 2009.
It is lighter, sharper and smarter than the 2 series and we often receive feedback telling us how much you love paddling with it ............

Lighter .......... aerospace technology
The aerospace, thermoplastic core and flat woven carbon make this paddle lighter and tougher. It's also much better for the environment. |
Sharper .......... blade tip
The CD3 has the sharpest bottom edge that is allowed by the spec changes, which means you get a paddle with a whisper clean entry and exit. |

Smarter .......... concave upper blade
Another change in the 202a spec has allowed us to build in concavity in the blade. This means the blade holds the water, giving you more resistance and more power to help move the boat forward.

Shaft ........ extended
The CD3 has a shaft that is 35mm longer, giving more power to the tip of the blade. It has also enabled us to engineer the tip point with greater precision. |
